Martin Rütter dog school DOGS Heidelberg/Mosbach/Buchen – DOG FIT by PreThis® partner In mantrailing your dog learns to pick up a person's trail based on their specific scent and to find that person. Mantrailing is not only fun for dogs, it also keeps them occupied and strengthens the relationship between human and dog through the shared experience of the success of having found a hidden person.

The search goes through residential areas, streets, squares and fields – everywhere a person can go. You follow your dog on the long lead. Here you also learn to understand your dog's body language better. You recognise when your dog is uncertain or distracted during the search, and when it is confident and focused. The trail sessions can all be booked individually – no prior knowledge is necessary for this. People who would like to have a taste can also book in for a single session.
