With us you can choose from a variety of payment methods:

Payment in advance, bank transfer, PayPal, PayPal Express, PayPal Plus / PayPal Checkout with direct debit, credit card and purchase on account, Amazon Pay, Klarna, credit card (Visa Master Amex), EPS and Apple Pay.

Prepayment / bank transfer

You pay into our bank account and the money will be sent immediately after receipt. Possible for SEPA countries, except Switzerland.

Purchase on our account

We supply our customers in Germany on account from the second order onwards. In individual cases we reserve the right to deviate from this regulation. Shipping on account is possible for goods with a value of up to 120 euros. Payable within 7 days without deduction.

EPS

The EPS transfer is based on the respective online banking of the banks offering EPS and enables all buyers to process payments for purchases easily and securely.

With the DOG FIT subscription, we automatically supply your dog with their favourite products – convenient, affordable and flexible to adjust at any time.

Available delivery intervals

Select your preferred interval when ordering:

Every 4 weeks (approx. monthly)
Every 6 weeks
Every 8 weeks (approx. every 2 months)
Every 12 weeks (approx. quarterly)

You can adjust the interval at any time in your customer account.

Payment & Payment Methods

⚠️ For subscription orders, only credit card and PayPal are accepted. Other payment methods (e.g. prepayment, invoice) cannot be used for subscriptions, as a stored payment method is required for automatic subsequent deliveries.

Payment by credit card or PayPal. The first payment is made at the time of purchase. All subsequent deliveries are automatically charged at the applicable subscription price. You will receive a reminder email before each delivery.

Minimum term & cancellation

The subscription has a minimum term of one delivery cycle (corresponding to your chosen interval). After that, you can cancel at any time without notice – no later than 24 hours before the next delivery date, directly in your customer account under [My Subscriptions].

Vouchers

Vouchers (e.g. new customer, newsletter, birthday or apology vouchers) can only be redeemed on the first subscription order. From the second subscription delivery onwards, only the agreed subscription discount applies. It is not possible to combine vouchers with the subscription discount on subsequent deliveries.

Prices & Discount

The subscription discount is determined at the time of ordering and displayed on the product page. DOG FIT by PreThis® reserves the right to adjust the discount rate with 14 days’ notice. You will be informed by email and can cancel the subscription at any time before the next payment is taken.

Right of withdrawal

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to subscription orders. Please note: In accordance with Section 312g(2)(3) of the German Civil Code (BGB), the right of withdrawal expires prematurely for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
