A credit will of course be credited for the next purchase and the remaining value can be used within 3 years until the value is used up. You can view the remaining value and its term at any time in your customer account.

The gift / credit voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance expires after 3 years and cannot be paid out before or after.
