Gentle support for dental care: natural and suitable for everyday use
In our search for a natural, stress-free, and everyday supplement for dental care, we became aware of selected plants and algae in our veterinary practice. Their nutritional properties are known to support daily oral hygiene. Based on this, we developed a gently produced granulate that is simply mixed into the food. WHITE dental plus is a species-appropriate supplement that supports the care of teeth and gums as part of the normal routine.
During the manufacturing process, the nutritionally relevant components are transformed into granules. This makes the nutrients available in a spreadable form and can be easily ingested with the food. WHITE dental plus supplements daily dental care: uncomplicated and dog-friendly.

How does the supplement work in practice?
Bacteria colonize plaque; combined with food residue and minerals from saliva, this can lead to the formation of hard deposits. Many dog owners are familiar with this from everyday life. WHITE dental plus combines algae granules with Rheum palmatum extract (Da Hung, TCM). The nutrients are absorbed through the food, reach the tooth surfaces via saliva, and can thus support daily oral hygiene. The goal is to support the care of teeth and gums as part of a balanced routine, without compromising the hardness of the tooth enamel.
Important: WHITE dental plus develops its supplementary function through feeding. Suitable chews provide mechanical cleaning.

I tried it on my dog, and it works. She still has a little gum inflammation, but I think we’ll get that under control with the second dose after a short break. No new tartar has formed so far. The supplements also have a very positive effect on her digestive system.

WHITE dental plus and FRESH
WHITE dental plus and FRESH can either be mixed into the food or given in a treat. The active ingredients of WHITE dental plus are absorbed into the saliva through digestion and act gently on the teeth. The natural active ingredients soften the tartar so that it can come loose. As it is a natural product, it needs time to take effect. How long WHITE dental plus is given varies depending on age, location and thickness of the tartar, the position of the teeth and the quality of the food. As a rule, 6 to 8 weeks are needed for first results. In some cases, however, the application can take 12 weeks or longer.
Patience is very important here, but there are also limits to natural tooth cleaning. If the tartar is already thick, mineral, knobbly and spread over many teeth, it has been left too long, and mistakes may have been made in terms of nutrition and chewing material. Tartar always has a cause.
The FRESH herb mix is given together with WHITE dental plus if bad breath and/or irritated gums also occur. FRESH supports a balanced oral flora. FRESH is also mixed into the food daily (the amount depends on the weight, see above) or given in a treat. The effect of FRESH can become visible sooner than that of WHITE dental plus and take effect within 1 to 2 weeks. FRESH should be given for just as long as WHITE dental plus.
Recognize and eliminate tartar triggers!
You probably already know that tartar does not simply appear out of nowhere, right? In most cases, the dog food is the trigger for tartar and plaque. This can become a problem especially in small dogs with narrow tooth positions. But with large dogs, too, it is important to pay attention to healthy nutrition. Unfortunately, many dog owners do not know that most types of food come from industry and are not healthy.
But I already feed a good food!
Well, that is what many dog owners thought. The food often sounds great and comes in nice packaging, but in reality it contains many harmful ingredients. Unfortunately, the feed industry is very skilled at hiding what is really inside. Successful tartar removal and preventive care, however, depend largely on the right nutrition. Dry food, for example, is like an unhealthy ready-made pizza for dogs. It simply does not belong in the bowl!
If you feed your dog a food with tartar-promoting ingredients, it becomes difficult to remove or prevent tartar.

Is there really "fresh beef" inside, as it says on the label? How is the meat content fudged? What exactly is meat meal? What do all the additives mean? What is beet pulp? And why are cereals and corn actually so harmful?

WHITE dental plus naturally contains iodine, which is an essential nutrient for healthy dogs. However, it is not suitable for dogs with a thyroid disease. If iodine is listed in the feed declaration under "additives" or "nutritional additives", this means that it has been added to the food artificially. This is not necessary with high-quality food and suggests inferior industrial food. It is generally advisable to avoid dry food, as it has little to do with healthy nutrition. If you still feed such a food containing artificial iodine, you should take a break of approx. 2 weeks after 6 weeks. Please keep this in mind; switching to a high-quality wet food is advisable.

Both work. As a rule, WHITE dental plus and FRESH can be fed together or split between morning and evening. All that matters is that your dog receives the recommended amount of each of the two daily (see “Dosage instructions”). Choose whatever fits your daily routine.
Are WHITE dental plus and FRESH well tolerated, are there any side effects?
WHITE dental plus & FRESH are generally very well tolerated. We select our ingredients for high quality and a natural composition. As with any natural product, an individual dog may still react sensitively to a single ingredient. If you notice signs of intolerance, pause the supplement and get in touch with us. We are happy to help. If your dog has pre-existing conditions or receives a special diet or medication, please also talk to your veterinary practice.
When can I expect to see first results?
Give WHITE dental plus & FRESH regularly for at least six weeks, in some cases longer. How quickly you notice something varies from dog to dog and depends on your dog's individual needs. Natural formulations need time to unfold their supporting properties: regular feeding matters more than a high single dose.
How long does one pack of WHITE dental plus & FRESH last?
How long a pack lasts depends on your dog's weight and the resulting amount. You will find the exact figure under “Dosage instructions”. For continuous feeding we offer value packs.
My dog won't eat the powder: what can I do?
That can almost always be solved. It is best to mix the powder thoroughly into the food so that it is evenly distributed. With fussy dogs it helps to start with a smaller amount and increase it over a few days, to mix the powder with a little liver pâté or to moisten it with broth. What matters most is regularity: an occasional missed dose is not a problem, but supplementary feeding should not be interrupted for longer periods.
